Federal Farm Credit System

Consists of the Federal land banks, the Federal land bank associations, the Federal intermediate credit banks, the production credit associations, the banks for cooperatives, and such other institutions as may be made part of the system. The farm credit system as a whole is regulated by the Farm Credit Administration, an independent executive agency which sets policy and exercises supervisory authority. 12 U.S.C.A. No.No. 2001-2260.
